CFMS was formed in 2010, following the successful collaboration of BAE Systems, Airbus, ARA, BMT Fluids, Eurostep, Fraser-Nash Consultancy, MBDA, Microsoft, PCA Engineers, Quadratics, QinetiQ, Rolls-Royce, Westland Helicopters and Williams F1. Challenge
CFMS requested that the existing HPC facility at their Bristol location be inspected to ensure the backup systems were as reliable and resistant as they could be. The equipment used within the mechanical & electrical infrastructure to support the IT operations is now more than 8 years old and beginning to display problems.
