The Code
A PRTK code is used for monitoring and communicating with your UPS system that we install for you. It is the 12-character long alphanumeric string.
Where Can I Find The PRTK Code?
Usually located either on the back of your UPS or inside of the door on some units. We are happy to assist you in finding the code.
WHAT Is The PRTK Code Required For?
The code is required to identify and link the UPS – or other devices such as automatic transfer switches (ATS) and static transfer switches (STS).
