We have been using DCResponse for all the support and maintenance of our New Computer Suite for the last 2 years, we have found that the renewals are handled very efficiently with plenty of advance notice being given for the impending renewal.  The various planned preventive maintenance visits are also handled with good communications and the engineers always knowledgeable in their areas of expertise.
