It is the prime policy of Data Centre Response Ltd to supply customers with products and services that fully satisfy their purchase order and applicable regulatory and legal requirements; this objective shall be achieved through cost-effective systems and practices that satisfy the requirements of IS09001:2008. It is, therefore the responsibility of all the company’s employees to identify to the management any incidents of non-conformance, or anomalies of the Integrated Management System.

The company’s basic aim shall be one of constant improvement in its working practices and services to customers.
The management monitors its performance through internal audits and the effectiveness of our processes and customer satisfaction.

All members of the company are fully committed to achieving the company’s business goals and quality objectives.

These objectives are supported by Annual Targets that are set and adjusted at Management Review Meetings after performance data is analysed.

Data Centre Response Ltd is mindful of its responsibility to protect the environment to prevent pollution. This objective shall be achieved through effective systems and practices that satisfy the requirements of ISO 14001:2004. It is, therefore the responsibility of all the company’s employees to identify to the management any incidents of non-conformance, or anomalies of the Integrated Management System.
The company’s basic aim shall be one of constant improvement in its working practices, and to comply with all Environmental Legislation.
The management monitors its performance through internal audits and the effectiveness of our processes and customer satisfaction. All members of the company are fully committed to achieving the company’s environmental objectives and targets.
